Business Description:

The Alberta Credit Team provides sales support to customers and Profit Centres located in Alberta for all four business units: Plumbing /HVAC, Westlund, Waterworks and Sandale. The Credit Team is currently recruiting a Credit Administrator to be located in either Edmonton (745) or Calgary (779) locations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

As Credit Administrator, you will be responsible for:

• Reviewing new account applications
• Conducting credit investigations and approving credit limits within authorized limits (for credit limits over authorized limits, you will make recommendations to the Credit Manager)
• Assisting with dispute resolution, collections, account resolution and legal follow-up are also key functions of this position
• You will also work closely with sales and management to build strong relationships with our customers.

Entrance Requirements:

• Undergraduate University degree - preferably in Business Administration
• Intermediate computer skills
• Enthusiastic, creative and highly organized
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated and results driven
• Work well in and support a team based environment
