Our Niagara Kitchen & Bath Showroom is staffed by a dedicated and professional team who deliver exceptional customer service to our customers within the plumbing market segment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

As the first point of contact for our customers, you will be responsible for the delivery of exceptional customer service. Duties include:

• order entry and expediting
• stock and price inquiries
• quotations application
• technical support

This position requires significant contact with customers over the telephone.

Entrance Requirements:

• Minimum grade 12 education
• Minimum two years customer service experience
• Good knowledge of TREND
• Knowledge of plumbing and heating products
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organizational skills with an attention to detail
• Ability to work well in a team based environment with minimal supervision
