Business Description:

Our Western Canada Private Label office (Emco Edmonton 738)  is staffed by a dedicated sales team who deliver exceptional customer service to our customers within the plumbing market segment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

As the first point of contact for our internal customers, you will be responsible for the delivery of exceptional customer service as you assist customers with their inquiries and orders. Main duties will include stock inquiries, quotations, order entry, and the creation and coordination of product flyers, promotions and catalogues.

Entrance Requirements:

• Minimum grade 12 education
• Minimum two years direct industry experience
• Working knowledge of TREND
• Ability to work well in and support a team based environment
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work well with minimal supervision
• Experience with graphics and design layouts for presentations and flyers
