Business Description:

Our Emco Edmonton location is home to a dedicated and professional sales team who provide sales and technical support to our customers. We are looking for dynamic Showroom Consultants to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

As first point of contact within our luxury bath and kitchen showroom, you will be responsible for the delivery of exceptional customer service as you assist our clients with their plumbing needs. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide exceptional customer service as you assist our clients in their selection of fixtures and accessories. Projects may include powder room renovations or quoting an entirely new home package. Duties will include quotations, order entry and expediting, price and stock inquiries etc.

Entrance Requirements:

• Minimum grade 12 education
• Strong customer focus and results oriented
• Superior sales ability with proven results
• Flair for interior design and decoration
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Hard-working, well organized and flexible
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently as well with others (Team Environment)
• Advanced computer skills
• Previous exposure to project management and knowledge of plumbing fixtures would be an asset
