Business Description:

Our Emco Edmonton West Profit Center provides sales, service and technical support to our customers within the Plumbing and Heating market segments. We currently have an opening for an Express Counter Person.

Duties and Responsibilities:

As a first point of contact for our walk-in customers, you will be responsible for delivery of exceptional customer service as you assist our customers with their inquiries. Duties include order entry, stock and price inquiries, picking and packing of counter orders and technical support.

Entrance Requirements:

-Minimum grade 12 education
-Minimum two years experience within the distribution industry
-Working knowledge of the TREND system a definite asset
-Strong customer service skills
-Ability to work well in and support a fast-paced team  environment
-Ability to work well with minimum supervision
